Lan and Kieran’s baking journey began in 2005, when with the support of family and friends they invested in a kitchen renovation with an extension, and the purchase of some simple bakery equipment. Their passion for baking tasty and healthier treats was inspired by Lan’s industrious Chinese grandmother, whose steamed bun stall was the stuff of legend.
